Hi, my name is Erica! I have a private practice in Orange County, CA where I help people struggling with their weight or a health condition reach a higher level of wellness. Our bodies are talking to us 24/7/365, but are we really listening? I can help you gain more of an awareness and appreciation for your body and what it needs to maintain optimal health, using real food nutrition and applied kinesiology. I have master’s degrees in holistic nutrition and clinical nutrition, and am a certified Nutrition Response Testing practitioner. I am also working on my Doctorate in Natural Medicine and love using what nature gave us to help bring balance back to a client’s health.
